Year of creation
The car left the Porsche factory in 969 as 911T, so it was the basic version of the model. 911 in this version was produced between August 1968 and July 1969. The car was equipped with a 2.0-liter engine and generated 110 hp. The Weber 40 IDTP3C set was responsible for the fuel mix, which then went only to the US market. The body was manufactured by Karmann and was one of 3561 pieces delivered as K-Coupe at that time. The car was probably delivered on the original 5.5 × 15 Fuchs rims.
Many years passed, the car was imported to Europe. His "vacation on the Old Continent" began with the Netherlands, where he found himself as a car already in need of repair work. From there, it was bought by a German workshop owner, who decided to breathe new life into a tired Porsche life. The long and advanced car renovation process has begun. It makes the car look great today. A larger and more powerful power unit (probably the original one was not very suitable for reconstruction) with a capacity of 2.4 liters and 140 horsepower appeared under the tailgate. The body was covered with the characteristic for this production period, i.e. Irish Green. The body underwent a comprehensive reconstruction, it was impossible to leave the interior without a similar scope of work. The armchairs will feature recognizable black and white material, many parts have been replaced with new ones.
The car has been completely repaired and now looks perfect.
The varnish coating was made professionally and does not require any cosmetic work.
Engine and transmission:
The engine is in very good condition, works evenly, without complaint. The gearbox does not grind.
Suspension and brakes:
Suspension and brakes can be described as very good, close to factory condition.
The interior has retained its original character, is in very good condition and does not require any work.
All in all, the Porsche offered is a great one that shows no signs of using. The engine, although not original, gave the car a lot of vigor, so the car is great and will be the perfect car for the coming season.
