The sellers who use the Website are separate companies from Artbidy and may have their own additional conditions for the sale of facilities. Such conditions may be published on the website of a given object published on the Website, and the User is responsible for checking all relevant information available on the Website prior to the purchase or bidding of any object. If these Terms and Conditions of purchase and sale are inconsistent with the Seller's terms and conditions set out on the Website, the terms of the Seller shall take precedence in the event of a dispute between the Seller and the Buyer.
The website includes functions enabling contact with Artbidy or the Seller regarding objects presented on the Website ("Inquiry"). Neither the Website nor the Seller shall not be obliged to respond to any Inquiries and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the failure to respond.
Service and Sellers reserve the right to withdraw from the sale of any object on the Website at any time and assume no responsibility for such withdrawal.

The commission must be paid within 3 business days. After posting the money on the account, Artbidy gives the parties access to their contact details in order to finalize the transaction. The Buyer is obliged to contact the seller within 5 business days from the date of ending the auction. The Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer about the cost of delivery of the work and the preferred form of payment within 3 business days from the first contact with the Buyer. After the transfer of this information, the Buyer has 3 working days to make a payment for the work and its delivery. If Artbidy receives information about non-compliance with the payment regulations by one of the users, his account may be temporarily blocked. If any of the users will try to finalize the transaction without taking into account the commission due to Artbidy, his account will be permanently blocked.
The Seller is obliged to deliver the work within 5 business days from the date of payment by the Buyer, unless the parties to the transaction agree otherwise. The Seller is responsible for choosing the appropriate method of delivery and for its possible insurance. The Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with information about the delivery costs of the work within 3 business days from the first contact with the Buyer. The buyer independently undertakes negotiations with the Seller regarding the method and costs of delivery. Artbidy is not responsible for the decision of the Seller in this respect. If Artbidy receives information about non-compliance with the delivery regulations by one of the users, his account may be temporarily blocked.
The Buyer may return a work purchased through Artbidy, if it is inconsistent with the description or proved to be inauthentic. The Buyer is obliged to return the work in an unaltered state. The Seller is obliged to refund the money within 3 working days of receiving the work. The costs of delivery of the returned work are covered by the Buyer. If Artbidy receives information about non-compliance with the rules of refund by one of the users, his account may be temporarily blocked.
Artbidy is not responsible in any way for the actions of Buyers and Sellers before, during or after the purchase and sale agreement concluded through the Website. In the event of any dispute between the parties to the transaction, these Terms for buying and selling exclude the Website in the broadest scope provided by law from any liability related to the settlement of disputes arising, as well as related to the losses and losses arising from the conclusion of a sale and purchase agreement between the parties.
