At the beginning of March, David Zwirner’s gallery based in London, will present an exhibition of works by Polish painter – Andrzej Wroblewski. It will be the first individual display of his works in the United Kingdom. Wroblewski is one of the most important painters who were creating in a postwar Poland. He was deeply interested in sociopolitical atmosphere in the wake of the Second World War. The exhibition will include a group of key paintings and a wide-ranging selection of works on paper detailing recurring subjects throughout the artist’s oeuvre.
