Painting by the Scottish artist Steve Johnston (Glasgow, 1956) created site specific for the "Cuore Pop" event in Italy, of which I attach photos of the catalog in the description. The work is made with mixed media and acrylic on canvas. The dimensions are 60 x 25 cm. It is in excellent condition and see the photos to form an opinion. Catalog included.
Steve Johnston was born artistically as a photographer and inventor of the "Straight Up" photographic style on i-D Magazine. In 1991 he returned to painting and his works were published in catalogs and specialized magazines such as Pink Punk Book, Smile i-D, Vogue and Time. He has exhibited in the best art galleries such as Tate Britain, the Hayward gallery, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the SHOWstudio in London and is represented in the permanent collection of the Arts Council of England. He has exhibited in the USA, Canada, Italy, Australia, Singapore.
